What is your shipping policy on print orders?

We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most frame orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-5 business days. Canvas orders are usually produced in 3-4 days, arriving in 5-6 business days. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options will not affect processing time. You can upgrade to priority production for $9.50, creating expedited production of your order. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.

What is your policy on returns/exchanges/refunds? 

We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. What is your shipping policy on non-print orders?

Non-Print orders include originals, limited edition prints and products such as card sets etc. We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Your order will be shipped within 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

How long will my artwork take to arrive and how is it shipped?

Average time for the order to arrive is between 5 and 15 days. I carefully package all original art myself to prevent damage during shipping. For unframed pastel art, packaging includes a special foam core mat to keep anything from touching the surface of the art. The painted surface of a pastel painting remains fragile forever - so be sure not to touch! All original artwork is fully insured during shipping for damage or loss. I prefer to hand over the art in person if at all possible, to avoid all possibility of shipping damage and to have a chance to meet the new owner of my "baby." What if I prefer to pick up my original art from your studio?

If you live in or close to Little Rock, Arkansas, you have an option to pick up in person (FREE!) from my studio at an arranged time. Contact Me.

Are there any special consideration for handling/framing a soft pastel art?

Yes! I include special instruction with each pastel artwork in order to safely handle and frame it. The painted surface of a pastel painting remains fragile forever - so be sure not to touch the surface of the art. When framing a pastel, be sure to use a mat or some other device to keep the glass from touching the surface of the art. I recommend that the bevel on the mat is cut in toward the painting as opposed to how it is normally done where the beveled edge is visible. This will conceal any pastel particles that inevitably fall off the surface of the painting during normal exhibition on a wall.

What is your policy on returns/exchanges/refunds on non-print orders?

• We do our utmost to ensure that your art is packaged carefully and arrives safely at their destination.

• If your original artwork, print or product arrives damaged, please, keep all packaging and contact with your order number for further instructions.
